Sales Coordinator

Paid Well
Base salary of $50,000 - $65,000 plus performance-based incentives.

The Role
This role is not customer facing and focuses on internal coordination and execution.
- Administrative Support and CRM (30%): Initiates POs to vendors; manages incoming truck intake and documentation; coordinates with the Bodyshop; keeps inventory and unit status current; conducts DTF audits; updates the system when trucks are ordered (specs, pricing, ETA).
- Order Processing (25%): Enters and validates orders, coordinates with Sales/Parts/Finance, tracks through delivery, and escalates internal issues; sales reps handle any external communication.
- Sales Operations and Interdepartmental Coordination (25%): Schedules sales meetings and calls, prepares agendas, notes, and action items, distributes updates, aligns Sales with Service and Parts, and maintains shared calendars and folders.
- Sales Support (20%): Manages samples and product information, keeps collateral current with Marketing, and maintains price lists and templates.
Education
- Post secondary education in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- An equivalent mix of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Experience and Skills
- Experience in a sales coordination, sales operations, or administrative support role.
- Excellent organization and time management with effective prioritization.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry and record keeping.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication for internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Collaborative approach in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
