Paid Well.
This role offers total compensation of up to $80,000 (base + bonus) annually, including monthly performance bonuses. The Role
This is a mid-day shift, typically scheduled Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Flexibility is required. Saturday shifts are scheduled on a rotating basis, approximately once every eight weeks, with optional overtime available.
Order Processing – 50%
Fulfill parts orders using in-stock inventory
Source and process orders through PDCs, vendors, dealerships, and suppliers
Communicate ETA updates and arrival notifications to technicians and customers
Learn and effectively use dealership systems including Procede, CAT, Cummins, Paragon, and other online platforms required to support customers and operations
Customer Service & Support – 40%
Greet and acknowledge customers promptly and professionally
Provide timely and efficient service to both internal and external customers
Build strong working relationships with technicians, drivers, service advisors, and other departments
Support a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
Ad Hoc Duties – 10%
Replenish inventory and maintain clean, organized display areas
Ensure pricing and merchandising are accurate and customer-ready
Participate in training sessions and department meetings
Process debit and credit transactions, product returns, refunds, and core credits
Education & Certifications
High school diploma required
Journeyman Parts Technician certification is considered an asset
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum two years of parts experience within the heavy equipment, trucking, or commercial vehicle industry
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable multitasking while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and customer service excellence
Nice to Have
Journeyman Parts Technician certification
Experience with Procede or similar dealership business systems
Familiarity with CAT, Cummins, Paragon, or other parts lookup platforms
Previous experience supporting technicians, service departments, or commercial fleet customers
