Paid Well

Starting Journeyman Wage: $43.45 per hour

You'll also receive:

What You'll Do

As a Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and commercial equipment while delivering safe, high-quality repairs that keep our customers on the road.

You'll:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and commercial equipment

• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections

• Complete Commercial Vehicle Inspections (CVIP) when licensed

• Diagnose and repair Detroit Diesel, Cummins, and other heavy-duty diesel engines

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, suspension, steering, brake, and air systems

• Complete repairs that meet manufacturer and safety standards

• Maintain accurate repair documentation

What You'll Bring

• Journeyman Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician certification

• Experience repairing commercial trucks

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Commitment to quality workmanship and safety

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Assets

• CVIP Licence

• Class 1 or Class 3 Driver's Licence

• Experience with Detroit Diesel and/or Cummins engines
